Stewart Abramson, Past Commodore of the Newport Yacht Club and member since 1973, passed away early this morning 19 May.
Sheila M. Sulentic, 57, passed away peacefully in her home in Jupiter, FL on Tuesday May 5, 2020. When restrictions are lifted, there will be a celebration of life in Jupiter, FL and Newport, RI. Sheila has been a spousal member since 2004.
We lost member Matilda “Tillie” Thompson on April 11th . She passed away peacefully due to complications from COVID-19. Originally from DeRidder, Louisiana, she would have been 75 years old next month. Tillie loved the club and was an active volunteer on the Race Committee.

The passing over of Fred Roy Sr. who went peacefully in his sleep with his two sons Fred Greg and his wife Alice at his side. Fred joined the NYC 10 years ago.
