This event is an opportunity to have any questions related to offshore sailing and handicapping answered. The roadshow will include an informative Q&A session and continue with short presentations on the following topics: Services and Roles of the Offshore Office, Steps to obtain a Measurement Rule Handicap (ORC or ORR), Offshore Boat Measurement 101, Understanding the VPP (Velocity Prediction Programs), How to read a rating certificate, Scoring Methods, and much more.

This will be a interactive environment between attendees and the offshore team to foster an exchange of ideas, certification and measurement procedures, and information regarding Offshore Sailing.
